The Great Taste Awards are known as the "Oscars" of the food world and are judged by some of the industries leading figures. Only a fraction of the 8000 entries receive an award so we were extremely please to find two of our cheeses had been awarded stars.
Our cows milk blue cheese, Yorkshire Blue, was awarded two stars by the judges who thought it was "smooth, creamy and very digestible". It's sister cheese, Buffalo Blue, picked up one star. The judges were extremely complimentary about this cheese describing it as "an interesting and full flavoured cheese with depth and character".
